Danny is a successful Manager with a career spanning 23 years across corporates such as Techfront – Global Sports Commerce, Dentsu Aegis Network, Sensis Pty. Ltd., Nissan Motor Co., and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Most recently he was the Head of Operations, Digital & Innovation for Techfront Australia. As a sports enthusiast Danny’s passion is within operations, innovation and integration of sports technology to maximise the experience for fans, brands and rights holders. He has gained an enormous amount of experience as part of Senior and Executive Leadership Teams in competitive environments covering all aspects from Technology, Product, Sales, Production, Marketing, Creative, Business Service Centres, and Event Management with a proven capacity to manage, develop and improve performance in all areas of the business.

Matt has spent the last 15 years working with the major Australian sporting codes. From 2005-2014 Matt worked at the Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) focusing on managing AFL and Cricket Australia multi million dollar advertising signage budgets. He was also identified as a future leader of the DAN In 2015, as Executive Director of Techfront Australia, he worked with the AFL in the transformation of the MCG and Etihad Stadium into LED, whilst formulating a National 360-degree LED Signage Program in the major stadiums of QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, which was also utilised by Cricket Australia. Working with Techfront’s parent company Global Sports Commerce Matt was responsible for managing new divisions working closely with the teams in Asia, Europe and USA. Prior to emigrating to Australia in 2003, Matt worked in Canary Wharf, London for the Daily Mirror Newspaper for 5 years, launching a ‘Student Mirror’. Prior to that he worked for EMAP publishing group.

Ben has been at the forefront of technology since entering the global signage market in 1998. His strong mechanical and engineering education allowed him to implement the world’s first LED stadium installations across Europe and Asia in 2000. He then went on to introduce the technology to Australia in 2005 heading up installations in stadia and outdoor advertising. He is now considered one of the leading LED technology minds in APAC and a go to in the marketplace. As Managing Director of Pixon Technology he has been the driving force behind its success. His determination to push the boundaries and advance the delivery of LED technology beyond its current limitations are top of his agenda. Utilizing his wealth of knowledge of hardware and technology and capitalizing on the strong relationships he has built with global leaders in the signage market, he has established a strong foundation for the business to continue to grow. Ben is a dedicated husband and father of three and an active member of the local football association in Sydney.
